Definitions & Interpretation

• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times are subject to the operational hours and procedures of the relevant payment provider.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via an alternative verified method at gf777's discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal request will be approved. Withdrawing real-money funds while an active bonus with unsatisfied wagering requirements is applied to the account may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

• Grounds for Suspension or Closure by gf777: Breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; underage registration; duplicate account; use of prohibited software; chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
• Effect of Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gf777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
